Dinithi Saubagya<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>Best Oral Presentation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Optimization of protein content in Wheat (<em>Triticum aestivum<\/em>) based pasta fortified with soy flour (<em>Glycine max<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supervised by Prof. W. L. Isuru Wijesekara<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ramudi Andrahannadi<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>Best Poster Presentation (Functional Food Category)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Plant-based high-protein formulation for functional food application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supervised by Prof. Madhura Jayasinghe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T.M.P.L.B. Thennakoon <\/strong>\u2013 <strong>Best Poster Presentation (Food Processing Category)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Development of a mobile application to enhance consumer awareness on food additives and the International Numbering System in Sri Lanka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supervised by Prof. J.M.J.K.
