However, we have noticed that more than 15 submissions are still missing these files. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">This is the final reminder and opportunity to submit your camera-ready abstract. The extended deadline is now July 25th. Please ensure your final revised camera-ready file is submitted by this date. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Submissions without the final revised camera-ready file will be considered incomplete and will not be considered for presentations.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guidelines for Preparing the Camera-Ready Copy of the Abstract<\/h2>\r\n<p><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>All abstracts must be written and submitted in English, using MS Word 2007 or later. \r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Format\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Paper size<\/strong>: A4 (use the template)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Number of Pages<\/strong>: One<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Margins<\/strong>: Given in the template (left 1.3 inches and right 0.7 inches)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Font<\/strong>: Times New Roman<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>Font size<\/strong>: 12 font size (except author names, affiliations &amp; email addresses)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Figures, tables, and references <strong><u>should not be included<\/u><\/strong> in the abstract.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">We encourage you to use the <a style=\"color: #ff0000\" href=\"https:\/\/science.sjp.ac.lk\/insoc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2024\/07\/Camera-Ready-Copy-Template-1.docx\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/science.sjp.ac.lk\/insoc\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2024\/07\/Camera-Ready-Copy-Template-1.docx\">camera-ready abstract template<\/a> given together with this document where everything is formatted according to the guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Please submit the <u>Word document \u2013 not a pdf file.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The abstract should contain the following:\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>TITLE<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Should be brief and reflect the study carried out. If scientific names of organisms are<br \/>included they should be written in capital italics. If common or vernacular names follow the<br \/>scientific name, they should be included in parentheses.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><u>The letters should be bold uppercase and center-aligned.<\/u><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 12, Line Spacing: 1.15<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>There should be no line space above the title. One line space should be left below the title.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>NAME\/S OF AUTHOR\/S<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Should be in lowercase letters (except initials and the first letter of the name\/s) and center-aligned.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 10, Line spacing: 1.0.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Author \u2018surname\u2019 should be written first, followed by \u2018initials\u2019. Each initial should be followed by a full stop and a space between two initials (Ex: Perera A. B. C.). <em>Refer to the template given.<\/em><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The presenter\u2019s name should be underlined and the corresponding author\u2019s name should be indicated by an asterisk at the end.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>One line space should be left between the name\/s and affiliation\/s.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>AUTHOR\/S AFFILIATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Author affiliations should be given according to the author list and should be in <em><strong><u>Italics<\/u><\/strong><\/em> <u>(Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 10, Line spacing: 1.0)<\/u>.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The corresponding author\u2019s email address should be indicated after the authors\u2019 affiliations.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><u>No line space<\/u> should be left between the affiliations and the email address.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li><strong>TEXT<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Should include Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusions;
