Best paper award in the Materials Sciences and Engineering at the 7th International Multidisciplinary Engineering Research Conference(MERCON)

The Research paper titled “Performance Investigation and Optimization of Perovskite/CIGS Tandem Solar Cell by Using SCAPS-1D Modeling and Simulation” submitted by  D. R. Ratnasinghe , N. L. Adihetty, M. L. C. Attygalle and H. Mahabaduge has been awarded the best paper in the Materials Sciences and Engineering  at the 7th International Multidisciplinary Engineering Research Conference(MERCON) held from 27th July to 29th July, 2021.

Electronics & Embedded Systems program

The developed curriculum of the is structured to provide the prospective students a solid foundation of theory and practical in Physics, Electronics, Programming and Mathematics during their first two academic years. Therefore, the students to follow this undergraduate subject should select the combination containing Physics, Mathematics, and Electronics & Embedded Systems. The third year of study is emphasized more on application-oriented courses thus included course units in embedded electronics, internet-of-things (IoT), robotics, instrumentation, and automation.
