The department of polymer science is contributing to three highly demanded undergraduate programs namely BSc (Honors) in Polymer Science, BSc (General) Polymer Science and Technology subject stream and BSc (Honors) in Applied Sciences subject stream. The programs have become very popular among the student community as the demand for the rapidly growing polymer industry. Students graduate from BSc (general) Polymer Science and Technology subject stream and BSc (Honors) in Applied Sciences subject stream are readily absorbed by various very reputed polymer related industries such as plastics, rubber, latex, textile, paints, packaging, etc. Some of the students get job opportunities even before the completion of the degree.
