The Faculty of Applied Sciences has established an Ethics Review Committee (ERC-FAS) to provide ethical clearance for biology-related research projects. This committee ensures that researchers adhere to ethical standards, protecting the dignity, rights, safety, and well-being of all research participants

The ERC-FAS grants ethical clearance only for studies involving human and animal subjects and does not review clinical research.
