Mr. P. Dias, senior lecturer, department of statistics, University of Sri Jayewardenepura conducted a lecture on “The Role of Statistics in the Industry”. With his proficiency, he linked the statistics and the expectations of the industry so that the students can perform better in the industrial settings by adding on their scholarly inputs through statistics.
