Symposium 2023

The 9th Undergraduate Research Symposium, UNI IN ALLIANCE 2023, organized by the outgoing batch of the B.Sc Honours Degree in Applied Sciences, was successfully held at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura on the 23rd of June 2023. Under the theme of “Building a Sustainable Future through Inspiring Innovation and Entrepreneurship,” the symposium provided a platform for undergraduate researchers to showcase their work and contributions towards creating a sustainable future.

The event featured a standard abstract review process, conducted by a panel of highly experienced reviewers. Each abstract submitted by the students underwent blind review, ensuring fairness and maintaining the highest quality. The selected abstracts were then published in the symposium proceedings, offering a platform for the undergraduates to present their findings and inspire others in future symposiums. A total of 80 promising researchers actively participated, presenting their work with enthusiasm and passion.
