The B.Sc. (Honors) Degree in Applied Sciences, in the Faculty of Applied Sciences was commenced in 2014 with 53 outstanding students as the first pioneering batch, establishing the foundation for this Degree Program specifically catering the needs of the Present day Industrial needs. With the progress of the performance shown by the first batch, a second batch of 94 undergraduates were selected with an increased coverage of subject areas and reaching out more Industrial needs.
Currently the 10th batch of the degree program with a batch size of 130 undergraduates are on their way to successful completion of the degree and the intake of the 11th batch of the degree program is under progress.
