As there is a high demand for Computational Mathematics, the department has introduced a practical component to most of the Mathematics course units. Further, the department is facilitated with well-equipped computer laboratories.
50 machines are located in MCL 1 lab and MCL 2 lab contains 26 machines. All the practical classes of 1st year to 4th year students are held in these labs.
All the computers in the department are internet enabled and the students are encouraged to use the computer facilities whenever the labs are free.
