Overview
Mathematics is one of the three subjects offered in each subject combination available to follow for Physical science students of the for B.Sc. degree program. Mathematics course units are divided into core and optional course units. All course units in the first two years are core courses and are designed to provide required knowledge of main areas of Mathematics. Further, due to the high demand for computational mathematics, the department has introduced a practical component to most of the mathematics course units.
