All the applicants are kindly requested to follow the below mentioned steps to obtain an academic transcript. Please note that the Examination Unit of the Faculty of Applied Sciences will issue transcripts only for graduands who have graduated after 31.12.2020.
Step 1- Make Payments
Make payments via the following link (*All payments could be made using a debit cards or credit cards for those who wish to do a payment through a bank need to produce the system generated payment SLIP)
University will charge Rs. 500/= per a certificate (Rs. 500/= per each additional).

Graduands should upload a copy of acknowledgement receipt along with their application form, therefore it is advised to save or to take a printout of the acknowledgement receipt when the payments are made with Credit/Debit cards.
Step 2- Application Form for Academic Transcript

An e-mail will be sent to the Graduands when the transcripts are ready for collection.
Step 3 – Collection of Transcript
If Graduands wish to physically come and collect the transcript the date and time will be informed via email.
If Graduands need us to send this certificate to a Local or a Foreign Institute a fee of Rs.130/- or Rs.1300/- will be charged respectively as the postage for each transcript.
If Graduands wish to receive the certificate via courier they are required to arrange a courier service by themselves.
