University of Sri Jayewardenepura academics receive SUSRED 2016 Awards at the awards ceremony held at the BMICH on 31.01.2017 organized by the National Science Foundation (NSF). These awards are presented to academics who have supervised PhD and MPhil students leading to completion of the degrees within a stipulated time.
The National Science Foundation (NSF) initiated the Support Scheme for Supervision of Research Degrees (SUSRED) to motivate, support and recognize scientists/engineers engaged in supervising students conducting research in the areas of Science and Technology, leading to postgraduate degrees (MPhils and PhDs).
