The University Grants Commission has informed that the Director-General of Health Services of the Ministry of Health will make arrangements to vaccinate the university Staff (including Temporary, Contract, etc.) and the Students below 30 years of age from all Universities. Therefore, University Staff and Students can get their vaccines administered at the closest University Premises in the areas of their residences (permanent or current residences) from 11th October 2021 – 15th October 2021.
The vaccination program of University of Sri Jayewardenepura will be conducted from 11th to 15th October 2021 at the Bandaranayake Hall of the University Premises from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. each day..
If you intend to receive the above vaccine at the premises of University of Sri Jayewardenepura you are kindly informed to fill the Google Form link given below and submit it in order to avoid unnecessary delays and to minimize other administrative work at the vaccination centre.

You are kindly requested to make arrangements to inform the relevant parties. Also please produce the N.I.C. as well as the University Identity Card to the concerned Health Authorities at the University vaccination centres.
In addition, you are kindly informed that there will be a similar vaccination programme carried out by the Medical Officer of Health, Maharagama (MOH/Maharagama) at Sri Vajiragngnana Dharmayatanaya, Dehiwala Road, Maharagama on 7th and 8th October 2021 from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Staff (including Temporary Demonstrators, Research Assistants, other temporary and contract staff, etc.) and Students those who are belonging to the above age group as well as those who have not yet received the vaccine (either 1st dose or 2nd dose) are kindly informed to get the above vaccine administered. Please produce your N.I.C. and the University Identity Card to the authorities at the Vaccination Centre. Transport will be provided from the main University premises and back from 9.30 a.m. on the 8th October 2021.
For those who are to get the 2nd dose of the Sinopharm vaccine from Vajiragnggnana Dharmayatana premises also can join and please be at 9.30 a.m. on 8th October 2021 in front of Sumangala Building for transport facilities.
